Returns
If you are not happy in any way with your back2you purchase simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.
Faulty items
back2you offer a 100% no quibble satisfaction guarantee and lifetime warranty on our tags and stickers - If you break it, lose it or just do not like it we will send you a replacement or refund your money no questions asked. All our other travel products carry a 12 month guarantee, if you have any problems with any of our travel goods within the guarantee period please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
Order cancellations
If you want to cancel an order please contact us quoting your order reference and we will be happy to cancel your order and refund your credit/debit card in full
Shipping and delivery options
We have a couple of delivery options but you will only pay 1 price for shipping no matter how many items you purchase. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Non UK orders are sent Via Royal Mail Airmail. For UK customers we also offer a next day service for a flat rate of GBP10 where orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery
Delivery Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Shipping times vary from country to country but a guide to expected shipping times is: UK 1-2 days USA 6-8 days Europe 3-4 days Rest of the world 6-8 days.
